Koh Samui has several piers and many operators. Lomprayah and others run fast catamarans to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, and car ferries from Nathon and Lipa Noi cross to Donsak on the mainland. Each card gives the figures as the sources state them and says when we last checked.
Koh Samui (several piers) → Koh Phangan (Thong Sala, Baan Tai and Haad Rin)
Operators: Lomprayah, Songserm, Seatran Discovery, and five others
Journey time: Between 20 and 60 minutes, and most take about 30, as the timetable site states.
When it runs: The timetable lists 44 sailings across eight operators, but the page does not say which dates the times apply to.
This is a booking-site timetable, not an operator's own page. Haadrin Queen sails from Big Buddha Pier to Haad Rin, and Echo Travel and Petcherat Marina sail to Baan Tai.

Koh Samui (Nathon or Lipa Noi) → Donsak (mainland)
Operators: Seatran Ferry, Raja Ferry
Journey time: About 1 hour 30 minutes on both services, as the page we read states.
When it runs: The page lists hourly departures from 05:00 to 19:00 on both services.
Both are car ferries that carry foot passengers. This is a travel-guide page, not an operator's own page.

Koh Samui (Mae Nam, Nathon and others) → Koh Tao (Mae Haad)
Operators: Lomprayah, Songserm
Journey time: About 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes on a direct Lomprayah catamaran; 2 hours 45 minutes to 3 hours 45 minutes on Songserm services that stop or leave from other piers, as one travel guide states.
The times come from a travel guide; Lomprayah's own page confirms Koh Tao is a destination but gives no journey times in the page text. Pier names differ by operator, so check your ticket.

Timetables and journey times change by season and operator, and a ticket is not a guaranteed seat. Every card says when we last checked and links the page we read; confirm on the operator's own page before you plan around a departure. We list operators' own pages and do not earn commission on these links.
