Boats leave Naples for Capri, Ischia, the Amalfi Coast and, on the long crossing, Palermo in Sicily. The short island hops are run by several companies, and not all of them use the same pier, so check the pier on your ticket. Each card gives the figures as the source states them and says when we last checked.
