Two crossings matter here: Cancun to Isla Mujeres, and Playa del Carmen to Cozumel. Playa del Carmen is a mainland terminal for Cozumel, not a ferry destination from Cancun. Two operators run both crossings, Ultramar and Xcaret Xailing, from different terminals. Each card says what the operator states and when we last checked.
